Rare Hawaiian Organic White Honey with Hawaiian Lilikoi

Why It's Good:

Get this honey when you can--it's available seasonally only. Rich, yet delicate, with wild-crafted lilikoi (dubbed "passion fruit") puree swirled in.

Why It's Green:

Volcano Island honeys are extracted from hives virtually by hand through a "bee-escape" hatch, without the use of artificial or toxic substances (many commercial beekeepers "fume" the bees out of the hive with poison-soaked boards). The hives are meticulously maintained without the use of chemicals. The honeys are certified organic; unfiltered and unheated to preserve natural proteins and enzymes.
