Instant Parks for a Quarter

Studies say a walk in the park is good for your well-being. But sometimes you can't find one, say, in the middle of Time Square. Except on Park(ing) Day, when a patch of green can pop up on any pavement,. A walk in these parks will take all of two seconds, but enjoy the view while you can (or as long as the parking meter lets you). Host: Jennifer Prediger. —Shot and edited by Brit Liggett
