White Teas

Why It's Good:

Sip a cup of this delicate white tea and you'll feel like you've travelled to China's Fujian province without packing a single suitcase. With flavors like Peach Blossom, Silver Needle, and Snow Buds, these soothing teas contain little caffeine and are full of disease-fighting antioxidants.

Why It's Green:

White tea is the least processed among tea varietals. The organically grown leaves are hand-picked once yearly, in early spring. Many Rishi teas are produced under Fair Trade guidelines, which means you can be assured that the tea you're enjoying came from farmers who harvested the leaves under safe working conditions and were paid fairly for their labor and product.
