Not only does it go on like…um, buttah (with all of the implied softening and none of the implied greasiness); curiously, this skin savior smells like some sort of patisserie offering. The sort people tend to line up for, in fact.
Though one of the key ingredients, Adansonia Digitata Pulp Extract, comes from the famed African Baobab, no trees were harmed in the making of this product. Quite the opposite, actually: The pulp in question is sustainably harvested from Baobab fruit, and a portion of all proceeds goes (through the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation) to Baobab reforestation in Malawi.

The Baobab, commonly referred to as "the Tree of Life," might just as easily be called the Camel of Treedom. Able to store up to 120 thousand liters of water in its trunk, this bad boy—along with a few grove-mates—can sustain entire communities through a Malawian dry season. In other words, Baobabs know from dryness, and frankly, your rough elbows and scaly legs are nothing. A little dab of body butter will definitely dew you, thanks to its endowment of fruit pulp extract (a champion humectant, emollient, and antioxidant) and key collaborators (shea butter, macadamia oil, and coconut oil). And given the delicious—if somewhat unplaceable—scent, the product is as evocative of dessert as of deserts. —Abbie Kozolchyk
