Really Dirty Diapers:

Buy reusable cloth diapers not only for a cleaner environment (disposables can take 250-500 years to decompose), but also for the health of your baby. The average parent uses 6,000 - 8,000 disposable diapers before their child is potty-trained. These diapers contain sodium polyacrylate, the same substance removed from tampons in 1985, and dioxin, listed by the EPA as the most toxic of all cancer-linked chemicals.

The Best Yoga Mat Bag We've Seen

For years, I've done yoga on and off and I've always used the mats available at the studio or gym, which I confess, kind of grosses me out. Who knows what kind of sweaty germs the yoga practitioner before me left behind? But still, I was never inspired to buy my own mat—until I spotted this gorgeous, city-chic yoga mat bag, which I had to have (and I can't have the bag without a mat, now can I?). It's colorful and roomy, and it comes with a detachable mini clutch so I can keep my valuables close by as I downward dog. And while it looks like it's made of plush suede, it's actually faux, and that's in keeping with the yogic principle of ahimsa, which is to refrain from causing pain to any living creature, so now I can "om" guilt-free—and germ-free too. The bag also comes in faux ostrich, mock croc, and ultra-suede in sage (they're all really easy to clean, just wipe with a damp cloth).
