This smells-so-good-it's-crazy, gentle scrub helps you slough off the rough stuff to reveal your softer self—no matter how dry winter tries to get you.
Exfoliates with ground bamboo, which is a rapidly renewable resource because it grows back so fast. The scrub is free of parabens (synthetic preservatives linked to breast cancer), propylene glycol (a gas-derived liquid that's found in cosmetics and antifreeze), and ethanolamine (a carcinogen).

It may be fall, but as far as my skin goes, winter is here. The sudden dip in temperature combined with amped-up indoor heat turned my sort-of-soft skin into oh-so-rough-and-dry skin overnight—and I wanted something that would get me back to smooth just as fast. I have long been a fan of Korres Basil Lemon Body Milk, mostly because it's one of the best things I've ever smelled (it doesn't necessarily mean I have a problem if I just sniff the bottle all day long, does it?). But while it's a great moisturizer, I needed something with a little exfoliating action. So when I heard that Korres just came out with body scrubs, one of which has the same scrumptious basil lemon scent as the body milk (the other scents include Watermelon and Fig), I was all over it. The scrub gently exfoliates (that's a nice way of saying removes dead skin cells) with ground bamboo and jojoba beads. I'm going to use it a few times a week all winter long, followed with the body milk to keep my skin in tip-top shape. If Korres would make a basil lemon candle (in soy wax with a cotton wick), my life would be complete.
