In a land where tacos are as ubiquitous as a twenty-something with a screenplay, it's hard to imagine that a vegan taco could ever compete. But at Real Food Daily in L.A., the taco plate (affectionately named, Tac-o' the Town) is clearly the star of the menu with its crunchy shell, spicy seasoned seitan, beefy guacamole, and hearty organic Spanish rice with black beans.
Everything at RFD is seasonal, organic, and vegan.
