Members of Yorkville Cellars’ Hi-Rollrs Wine Club receive a sample pack of three different types of organic wines, three times a year, minus the cost of membership dues or initiation charges. The package includes a fact sheet on the wines and a list of suggested food pairings by local chefs and restaurateurs in Mendocino County, California.
Yorkville Cellars makes wine from grapes grown in their certified organic vineyards in Yorkville, California. The company is certified by California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF)—an organization that ensures no herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, or synthetic fertilizers is used during food production.
