Still Life
Item Posted: FEB 27, 2008
This minimal boutique is a unique mix of pieces that are vintage and from local designers. Designers from the area offer jewelry made from old bottle pieces and previously worn leather. You'll also find a good array of second-hand sweaters and blouses alongside the shoes and sunglasses. The selection is small, but this shop is worth a trip. The owners have presented a very well-edited collection so you won't have to go digging for hours through useless old rags. Prices are reasonable and the staff is super-friendly.
Buying second-hand means that you’re consuming without being wasteful, and without using energy and materials or emitting carbon gases that come from making new things. You, too, can help keep junk out of landfills.
