Why It's Green:

Energizer uses LED bulbs as opposed to Compact Fluorescent Lights (CFLs) as the illuminating tool in this nightlight. According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), CFLs contain five milligrams of mercury, which can disseminate in the air should the bulb break. LED bulbs, on the other hand, don't contain mercury, which means this light won't put your indoor air, or health, at risk.
