Why It's Good:

This dry, earthy red from France's famed Rhone Valley has a rich base of plum and cherry, subtly topped with hints of herbs like oak spice and black pepper.

Why It's Green:

The winemaker, Dominique Pons, has been practicing organic viticulture for two decades, and has recently begun applying biodynamic farming methods in his vineyards as well. This wine is organic, biodynamic, and vegan.
