Get With the (Meal) Plan:

Cafe Society Vintage Store

Why It's Good:

Housed in a building built in 1895, Café Society is brimming with wainscoted charm. High ceilings, glass cabinets and emerald walls all add to the allure. And then you see the clothes! They carry mostly women's, but they do have a modest men's section, and have everything from ball gowns and tuxedos to sundresses and sandals. Betsey, the owner, is an art school alum and makes great use of her keen eye when selecting quality vintage pieces that are totally wearable today. And don't miss the glamorous accessories. We couldn't resist strutting out donning a new wide brim black hat with a wide grin to match!

Why It's Green:

Cut down on consumption and waste by purchasing stylish vintage finds. You'll be giving yourself a new look while giving these clothes a new life. Plus, anytime you reuse, you help save resources and energy.

Where To Get It:

Visit Caf´ Society at 131 Cypress Street, Brookline, MA; for more information call 617-738-7186.
