Blanquette de Limoux Brut

Why It's Good:

A regional specialty, this sparkling white wine was first produced by (very jolly) monks near Limoux, France in the 1500s. A delightful blend of Mauzac and Chardonnay grapes, it has a dry, creamy texture with notes of green apple and lemon.

Why It's Green:

This wine is vegan and is made from organically grown grapes.
