See Ya CFLs:

Recycle used CFLs at your local Home Depot, IKEA or check Earth911.org for drop-off locations in your zip code. If your state permits you to put used or broken CFLs in the garbage, seal the bulb in two plastic bags and put it in the outside trash. Don't incinerate, as CFLs contain a small amount of toxic mercury, an average of about 5 milligrams, which would get released into the air.

Eco Spec Interior Latex Primer Sealer 231

Why It's Good:

A quality paint job starts with primer—this one won't overwhelm you with fumes before you've even had a chance to begin.

Why It's Green:

Breathe easy: This primer contains low VOCs (volatile organic compounds), those stinky fumes that give you headaches, help deplete the ozone layer, and cause indoor air pollution. The company has eco-friendly manufacturing and waste-reduction practices, including reusing water and solvent liquid wastes; recycling paper packaging, tinplated steel cans, and wooden pallets; using recycled paper for printed materials; and reprocessing unused paint.
