Why It's Green:

The wine selection here focuses on the organic and biodynamic. For both, that means the grapes were produced without chemical pesticides or fertilizers. With biodynamic wines, various phases of the production process (for example, racking the wines to remove sediment) follows rhythms determined by the moon, among other elements, and the entire process has to be within a self-sustaining system (for example, using horses on the farm to plow the vineyard).
