Slow Down on the Highway:

In a typical family sedan, every 10 miles per hour you drive over 60 m.p.h. is equivalent to paying 54 cents more a gallon. Bonus tip: Clean out your trunk and save money too. The more your car weighs, the more gas it burns.

Lillie Belle Farms Chocolates

Why They're Good:

Don't let the mini size of these bars fool you: They pack quite a punch of flavor and crunch. From the milky Pistachio Toffee to the dark Caramelized Almond and the Crunchy Fire Bar (dark with pecans and chili peppers!), these snack-size treats are dangerous to have around.

True dark fans will also love Lillie Belle's exquisite The Wild Thing, made from wild-harvested crillolo beans direct from the Bolivian jungle, as well as The Other One, a deep dark chocolate grown on a "bio-organic" Dominican plantation and conched for 72 hours.

Why They're Green:

The crunchy mini-bars are all made from equitably traded, organic chocolate using ingredients from small organic farms — such as the pistachios, which come from Nevada, and the pecans, which hail from New Mexico. The two pure dark bars are made from sustainably harvested, hand-processed beans. Lillie Belle Farms also runs an organic berry farm and uses its own organic fruit in its concoctions.
