Why It's Good:

Just two pumps of this product delivers a large dose of deep cleansing suds. This face wash is great for acne-prone complexions, as it contains salicylic acid, a natural beta hydroxy acid, to exfoliate dead skin cells and prevent them from clogging pores.

Why It's Green:

Like all Aveda products, this cleanser is made with plenty of botanical ingredients, several of which were grown organically (like lemon tea tree and rose geranium). Plus, it's tested on people, not on animals. The packaging is also green, as it's made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic.
