Crazy for Cocoa Fluffs

It's easy to make your own fluffy marshmallows. Plus, you can bake them up in big batches to split among a few gifts. Most recipes, like this one, call for unflavored gelatin and corn syrup. Vegans can use Agar Agar in place of the gelatin and Agave Nectar in place of the corn syrup. After baking, wrap the marshmallows in squares of fabric scraps tied off with ribbon and plop the pouch in a thrift store mug. For a true winter treat, pair the marshmallows with a tin of organic hot cocoa.
